Cassandra F. Hargrave, Esq. is a solo practitioner who has been a member of the Virginia State Bar since 2007. Mrs. Hargrave is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a B.S in Psychology (2003) and Regent University School of Law with a J.D. (2007). She is a member of the Virginia Beach Bar Association, Chesapeake Bar Association, and Norfolk/Portsmouth Bar Association. Mrs. Hargrave serves as the GAL/CAC representative for both the Chesapeake Juvenile Court Best Practices team and the Norfolk Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court Stakeholders Team. Mrs. Hargrave primarily practices in the areas of family law, juvenile delinquency, and child dependency and has recently been appointed as a Substitute Judge. Outside of the practice of law, Mrs. Hargrave enjoys spending time with her husband and son, and baking all of the sweet goodies her schedule allows.
